Privacy notice
Ardenmoor Nutrition, LLC operates jellytidez.com. This notice explains what the site collects, what it does not, and what happens to information you send us. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.
What this website collects by itself
Very little. The site is a set of static pages. There is no account system, no login, no comment section and no advertising network embedded in it. We do not set marketing or profiling cookies. One item is stored in your browser's session storage: a flag recording that you dismissed the offer bar at the bottom of the screen, so it stays dismissed while the tab is open. It clears itself when you close the tab and it contains no personal information.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google sees your IP address as part of serving that request. That is the only third party request the pages make. Standard server access logs, containing IP address, timestamp, page requested and browser identifier, are retained by our host for a short period for security and diagnostics.
What you send us deliberately
The contact form opens your own email client and sends from your address. Nothing is submitted to or stored on this website. When you email us we receive your name, email address, whatever you wrote and any order number you included. That correspondence is kept while your order is active and for as long as consumer protection and tax record keeping require afterwards, then deleted.
Checkout, which happens somewhere else
Payment is handled entirely by the authorized checkout partner on their own infrastructure. Your card details are entered there, not here, and we never see or store a full card number. What comes back to us is the information needed to ship and support the order: name, delivery address, email address, telephone number if you gave one, and what you bought.
Who else sees your information
- The checkout and payment processor, to take the payment.
- The carrier delivering your parcel, which needs the delivery address.
- Our fulfilment team, to pack and dispatch it.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, trade or share customer data with advertisers, data brokers or affiliates, and we do not run a marketing list you have to escape from.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted once your order and any refund window have closed. Write to [email protected] and we will answer inside thirty days. If you are a California resident you have specific rights under state law, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; the same email address handles those requests.
Children
JellyTide is a product for adults and this site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and if we learn we have, it is deleted.
Changes to this notice
If it changes materially, the date below changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, which is rather the point.
