Who Ardenmoor Nutrition is, and why this portal exists
jellytidez.com operates as the authorized manufacturer distribution portal for JellyTide™ across the United States for the 2026 production cycle, and it is where batch documentation, product verification and order fulfillment are handled.
How the company started
Ardenmoor Nutrition, LLC was registered in Tempe, AZ in 2021 by Dana Whitlock, PharmD, who had spent fourteen years working a retail pharmacy counter in the Phoenix valley. The founding observation was not a scientific one. It was that customers would come to the counter holding a weight supplement bought online, ask a question about it, and there would be no way to answer: no lot code, no manufacturer contact, no document trail, sometimes not even a working website. The pharmacist could tell them what an ingredient generally does. Nobody could tell them what was in the bottle in their hand.
Ardenmoor was set up to be the missing half of that transaction. We do not formulate JellyTide and we do not manufacture it. What we do is act as the distributor of record for the United States: we take delivery of a documented production lot, publish the record that came with it, ship it from one warehouse, and answer for it afterwards. That is a narrower job than most supplement companies advertise, and we think it is the part customers were actually missing.
What being the authorized distribution portal means in practice
It means four concrete things. One lot is in distribution at a time, and its identifier is published on the verification page rather than kept internal. One warehouse ships every order, so there is no reseller layer between the manufacturer and your doorstep. And one refund policy applies to every order regardless of supply size, which is written out in full on the promise page.
It also means JellyTide is not stocked in pharmacies, grocery chains or on marketplaces. That is a deliberate trade. Wider distribution would sell more bottles and would make the batch record on this site meaningless, because we would no longer know which lot reached which customer or under what storage conditions. Product information published by the manufacturer is available at jellytidelab.com, and this portal is where United States orders and verification are handled.
What we will not do
- We will not invent milligram amounts the manufacturer does not publish. Where a number is missing, we say it is missing, including on the ingredients page.
- We will not run a subscription behind a one time purchase, or store a card for a later charge.
- We will not describe JellyTide as a treatment for anything, because it is a dietary supplement and it is not one.
- We will not delete critical reviews. The three star and below column is published at its real weight on the results page.
- We will not claim JellyTide is FDA approved. No dietary supplement is.
The people behind the desk
Ardenmoor is small on purpose: a founder with a pharmacy background, a fulfilment team of four in the Phoenix warehouse, and an editorial and support desk of three in Tempe. Health content published here is written in house and reviewed by Renata Oyelaran, MS, RDN, a registered dietitian nutritionist who reads the pages against the label and against public health databases before they go live. That is an editorial review, not medical supervision of your care, and we would rather say so plainly than let the byline imply more than it is.
