What is inside JellyTide, ingredient by ingredient

Short answer

A JellyTide gummy contains three actives: apple cider vinegar, beta-hydroxybutyrate ketone salts, and the calcium, magnesium and sodium those ketones are bound to. Everything else is the pectin gummy base, fruit derived colour and flavour. There is no caffeine, no gelatin, no dairy and no gluten, and the manufacturer does not publish per gummy milligram amounts.

The label, read out loud

Most supplement pages bury the label under three paragraphs of adjectives. Here is the plain version first, then the explanation underneath.

JellyTide components and the job each one is doing. Serving size is one gummy daily.
ComponentWhat it isRole in the formula
Apple cider vinegar Fermented apple juice, the source of acetic acid Appetite and post meal glucose support; the reason the gummy tastes tart[1]
Beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) An exogenous ketone body, delivered as a mineral salt A fuel the body can use when carbohydrate intake is low; associated with steadier energy[4]
Calcium Mineral counter ion carrying the BHB Stabilises the ketone salt and contributes a small amount of a mineral many adults under consume[2]
Magnesium Mineral counter ion carrying the BHB Same carrier role; magnesium is commonly low in people cutting carbohydrates[3]
Sodium Mineral counter ion carrying the BHB Replaces some of the sodium lost with the water weight that goes early in a low carbohydrate phase
Pectin base Fruit derived gelling agent Holds the gummy together in place of gelatin, which is why the product is vegetarian
Colour and flavour Fruit and vegetable derived Makes a vinegar and mineral salt gummy something you will actually take daily

Why there are no milligram numbers here

JellyTide's manufacturer publishes the ingredient list and the serving, but not a per gummy amount for the apple cider vinegar or the BHB blend. We could fill that gap with a plausible looking number, and plenty of sites do. We are not going to. If a precise dose is the thing you buy on, treat that as a genuine mark against JellyTide rather than something to argue away. What we can tell you is the lot the product came from, the facility standard behind it, and the screening results, all of which are on the verification page.

How to take it so it behaves

One gummy a day, roughly thirty minutes before your morning or afternoon meal, with a full glass of water. That timing is not decoration. Taking a vinegar based gummy before food is the whole point of the appetite angle, and the water is what keeps the acidity from bothering an empty stomach. People who chew it at bedtime or on the way out of the door without anything to drink are the ones who report the gurgling.

You do not need to be in ketosis for the BHB to do anything, and you do not need to eat a ketogenic diet for JellyTide to make sense. It also does not need to be cycled, doubled on hard days, or paired with a fasting protocol. One a day, every day, before food. That is the whole instruction.

Allergens, diet compatibility and what is not in it

  • Gelatin free. The base is pectin, so the gummy is suitable for vegetarians.
  • Dairy free and gluten free as labelled by the manufacturer.
  • No caffeine, no green tea extract, no synephrine or yohimbine. Nothing in JellyTide will raise your heart rate.
  • Not a meal replacement and not a laxative. If a gummy is making you run to the bathroom, that is not a formula working, that is a formula you should stop.
  • Contains added sodium, calcium and magnesium. Relevant if you are on a restricted mineral intake for kidney or cardiac reasons, so check with your prescriber.[2]

How JellyTide compares with the rest of the gummy shelf

JellyTide against the typical apple cider vinegar gummy sold online. No competitor brands are named because the shelf turns over too fast for a named comparison to stay honest.
